Campus Initiatives

Campus Initiatives on Difficult Dialogues, Civil Discourse, and Civility

Many campuses have developed programs designed to increase skills for engaging difficult dialogues with civility, promoting academic freedom and protecting religious, cultural, and political pluralism on college and universities across the U.S. The projects address a wide range of substantive areas, including: fundamentalism and secularism, racial and ethnic relations, the Middle East conflict, religion and the university, sexual orientation, academic freedom, and civility in everyday life.

If you are interested in developing a program on your campus, please contact us for resources to assist you.  If you have a program that you would like to have listed, please send a description to Libby Roderick at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
